We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 30 people. All classes are first-come, first-served. Please reserve your spot online.
Hot 26 & 2 Series
The original hot yoga series consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises (the Bikram Method). This class is designed for beginning yoga students, yet remains uniquely challenging over years of practice. Designed at 90 minutes long, we also offer a 60-minute version of this class to accommodate busy schedules. The shorter class includes all the same postures but eliminates some of the second sets and flows together parts of the sequence.
We recommend practicing the original series before trying the shortened version.
Intro to Vinyasa
Aka Intro to Power Yoga. A vigorous introduction to classic postures by name with instructional breakdowns of the chatauranga and other components of flow. Students will be physically challenged according to their own abilities, while being able to relax in paced instruction.
Aka Power Yoga. A flow style class in which movement is linked to breath, with postures that emphasize upper body development and core stability in all 3 planes of the body.
