We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 30 people. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please reserve your spot online.


OG Hot 26 & 2

60/90 minutes

The original hot yoga series consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This class is designed for beginning yoga students, yet remains uniquely challenging over years of practice. Designed at 90 minutes long, we also offer a 60-minute version of this class to accommodate busy schedules. The shorter class includes all the same postures but eliminates some of the second sets and flows together parts of the sequence.

We recommend practicing the original series before trying the shortened version.

Heated Vinyasa

60 minutes

A flow style class in which movement is linked to breath, with postures that emphasize upper body development and core stability in all 3 planes of the body.

Yoga Siesta

45 minutes

Restorative class with supported postures and gentle stretching.
