On the Web:
Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard.
Click on Purchases.
Scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage.
Click End Membership under the active plan.
Confirm the cancellation when the pop-up appears by clicking End Membership.
On Mobile Apps:
For iOS Users:
Go to Settings on your device.
Tap on your name at the top.
Tap on Subscriptions.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
Tap Cancel to end the subscription.
For Android Users:
Open the Google Play app.
Tap the profile icon in the top right.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel and follow the prompts to cancel it.
For TV Devices:
Due to the variety of TV devices available, it is recommended that customers refer to the specific instructions for their particular device to cancel in-app subscriptions.

Yes, we offer the ability to pause the monthly membership option (this excludes the annual option). To pause your monthly membership start by logging into your account, navigating to "Purchases & Payments" under your profile settings, scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage. Click End Membership under the active plan, then you will be presented with a choice to Pause your membership or continue with the cancellation. Choose the duration of the pause. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. Click Pause to finalize.

We do not offer refunds for forgotten cancellations. To avoid unwanted charges, we recommend setting a reminder before your renewal date.

Yes! You can switch your membership type by going to your account settings under "Purchases & Payments." If you upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan, the change will take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated amount. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

To update your payment method, log into your account, go to "Purchases & Payments" under your profile settings, and update your payment details.

If your payment fails, you will receive a notification and a grace period to update your payment details. If the issue isn’t resolved within that time, your membership will be automatically canceled, and you will lose access to the platform until payment is updated.

There is no strict path, but we recommend starting with Level One if you're new to the system. Many members find it helpful to progress through Levels One and Two, but you are free to explore classes in any order that aligns with your practice goals.
